I had a moment of despair today as I sorted out my Must Read bookshelf. Now, I really, really want to read all these books, but when? I realize I must settle for “inhaling”–speed-reading them.
So many dreams, so many plans….
It is useful to remember that God has given me enough time for what HE has has planned for me to do, and to make sure that I do do that.

Hi Penny, This is a really hard one to get right! I look back regretfully at so much time traded for money!! I think Warren is right, isn't he?
Boy, does this hit home. I am pretty sure I am doing both the right thing the wrong way and things I'm not really needing to do.
My mom, who is 86, called the other day to say that she has decided to take a new medication that will cost her $75 a month but will cut down on one doctor visit a month. She decided that her time was more valuable than the money. She sounded as if she had reached a new understanding of how she lives her life. I was glad.
