Dear Anita I was delighted to see your name and to have news of a posting -
I have read your thoughtful study several times "with diligence and attention".
O the human condition of perplexities, of things that can haunt us and taunt us.
Thank you for sharing this rich, challenging and inspiring composition and for
the inestimable value of reminders to seek wisdom and gain understandings.

"Whatever good God chooses." Amen. and here faith rests.

Blessings and love,

Christine (Lane)

Yes, to view the past with acceptance is perhaps the first of the Seven Storey Mountains, am barely there. The last, amazingly, is to view it all with gratitude, which I've read some dying people do. Maybe one day :-)

Thanks LA. So glad to be in touch again. I am trying to wrap up a big writing project with 50+ years old concentration, so it's taking longer than expected...so blog silence. How are you?

So glad to see you blogging again! I voraciously read this book a while back when hubby brought it home. I often joked that my 50+ year old body is reminding me of every single injury I've ever suffered as a child. I never knew how right I was - but not only that torn achilles tendon and the knee twist I had when I was 14, but all the emotional trauma as well. All those years of inflammation due to stress of job and life and acute trauma experiences. It all adds up. And what a wonderful way of turning all that towards God. I love reading your stuff!
