Probably hit my limits with 3 miles for now, as I can’t go any faster for now, so am pausing until I pick up speed.
There was a private school girls’ wing of the camps conducted by Bash in Lymington and Rushmore, now called “Lymington Rushmore.” Both my girls have been to “Lymington Rushmore” camps. Irene, in fact, is going to an Easter revision camp there late next month.

I loathe running, having had to do it at school and hated losing, as well as it being a regular punishment but unless I do something, I seize up. A friend started the Couch to 5K program a few years ago, dropped half her body weight, no longer suffers from MS and absolutely loves it. So, more power to you and more grace to discern when to stop.
“Bash” ran clubs and camps for public schoolboys only. He used to pray “give me five talent men” since he discerned that input into exceptional lives would bear much fruit.
