Your recent reply: “Submit it to some more prayer and waiting then?” took hold of all that in me is – that Divinely secret place of the heart where the living Word of grace and truth divides even soul and spirit. O my! The eyes of my heart heard anew,
Commit your way to the LORD,
Trust also in Him,
And He shall bring it to pass.

this verse from Psalm 37 has a beautiful affinity don’t you think? “Commit and Trust” say “Yes” to “Submit” – He shall bring to pass,” promises “Amen” to “more prayer and waiting” – and there in the most humbly certain manner stands “it”.

Every Promise “Yea and Amen in Christ Jesus” – abundant reason to be sparkly eyed too! and brimming o’er with joy, dear writer of gifted (for such as we) writings inspired by life and love and the Lord.

God has put something on my heart but right now it feels
like I’m going in slow motion. I know this is a different
season and I often feel like everyone is ahead of me.
I just don’t have the peace to go forward with the idea
yet. I think it’s because others will be involved and even
though I might be ready, they may not be…. (or vice versa)!

We have lived solely off our business for the last 6 years, and each major and successful idea has come in prayer. I have no business training, so need to rely on God constantly for ways to make decent money without burning ourselves out! The best ideas come from him!
Of course, creativity is God’s gift to us, given to Christian and non-Christian (http://anitamathias.com/2013/01/22/common-grace-or-why-god-loves-classical-music-zen-habits-and-the-happiness-project/) but there is a special level of release of ideas which comes from a deeper abiding.

As a woman entrepreneur the idea that God releases creativity as exchange for surrender opens me up to wonder. Thank you for the post, it was enlightening.
