Yes, and I am sure learning to use a gun & carrying it everywhere to “end those Muslims” who might attack will be so stressful & adrenalin-producing. Far better to ask Jesus to protect us, and trust him to!

This fear response from the Christian community is an indication of how out of touch the American body of Christ (the branch) is to Christ (the vine). I am so sad that the president of a “Christian” institution would so cavalierly and arrogantly use his voice to incite hatred rather than urge the students to bow before the living God asking for Him to intervene in the hearts and minds of ISIS, the followers and potential followers. Do they no longer believe that We serve the living God who is the Creator of all life?
