For me, it’s a bit of Scripture that goes straight to the heart, time outside under a bright sky (or in a snowstorm, because we’ve had a lot of that lately!) where I all I need to do is be…. some poetry, a great quote I can keep turning over…. a captivating story, time with my people. 🙂
