YES!! They are so clear when they come, and later it astonishes me to realise that I cannot remember the subject, leave alone the words.
I read that the opening lines of Gabriel Garcia Marquez&#039;s 100 Years of Solitude came to him while he was driving his family on holiday, and he turned right round and wrote it down.
Thank goodness!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Anita, I love so many of those songs and poems you have quoted... love love love the Battle Hymn... and I love that I also have to get up at times in the night to write the words that flood my  mind. If I leave it till morning, thinking that they are so wonderful, they&#039;ll stay there... I&#039;m desperately disappointed to find ... they haven&#039;t. 

Now I know that if I would keep them, I must get up and write them down. Afterward, I can expand and develop on them, but I must bestir myself out of my warm bed if I want to exult in the beauty and wonder of words that came from me, but not from me at all.
