Thanks, Kathleen. Steve Pavlina writes about biphasic sleeping and Michael Hyatt writes about the benefits of a nap, and recommends that everyone has one.
The Fast Metabolism diet--I haven&#039;t heard of that, but it sounds like something I need.

I&#039;ve tried Paleo and the Fast Metabolism diet in the last few years, and figured out what worked and what didn&#039;t, adapting to the way I live.  I am considering what you wrote about early rising, I am a very early riser who likes to stay up late, and those two don&#039;t go well together.  So I think I need to modify on both sides of my day.  Great insights as always.]]></description>
