Archer, it's very cool that my blog inspired you to pray. Some of my favourite writers on prayer inspire me to close the book, and begin praying, and I find it cool when that happens.

Miss Mollie, what a fascinating idea!! I must get Batterson's book. I love messing about with prayer, and in prayer!

Hi Louise, I loved hanging out with you too. Yeah, silly for me to go to get a prophetic word (in addition to inspiration). Pure vanity, I now think, a bit shame-facedly!!

I'm reading Mark Batterson's In a Pit With a Lion On a Snowy Day. Tonight, a passage about a bundle of nerves called Reticular activating system, that determines what we focus on. The example that I have noticed over and over, is when you get a car, you see them everywhere. He proposed our prayer life can be like that, as well. Our minds create goals to spur us to pray more about that category. And as you wrote, we all have a different focus.

Anita! Again! Thanks for the encouragement. I love your thought about having faith for different things. This is very interesting.

Like I said in your last post, I feel inspired to pray. I think I'm going to go pray right now. Thank you for urging me on in the faith.
