I don't have a job at the moment, so it's perhaps easier to be a contemplative. I am not “serving” apart from co-leading a Bible study of 14, which also makes life quieter.

Simplicity, solitude, and silence are just as important as service. For me, if I don't have the first three, I get easily burned out in service!
