I remember the glowworm caves, the rainforest, the honeycombed rocks, Lake Matheson ? and the glaciers.
Sadly, I am bitten by travel lust, though I love being rooted in a place. I love living where we now are–and it's our sixth year in our home, which is long for us.

I am fortunate that my “spiritual home” (West Coast of South Island in NZ) is within driving distance of where I live.
I'm not very widely travelled – I've only been overseas once as an adult, and that was 13 years ago. I don't feel the need to travel that seems common for many of my country. This post has reassured me that it's okay to put down roots and be a home-body where I am.
