Grabs from footage which has emerged on YouTube of police giving a woman a public whipping for wearing trousers underneath her Islamic clothing in Khartoum, Sudan. At one point, the woman is whipped across the face and the footage also shows one of the uniformed officers laughing as the woman is given her punishment. The footage has been subtitled in English.
